The role of the advisor is to provide technical support and management assistance to CTRL/Progident software users by phone or internet with a passionate team with an impressive team spirit.
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Provide telephone support for our dental ERP software (appointment scheduling, billing, document management, clinical notes, etc.)
- Diagnose problems encountered by customers when using their applications and find solutions to resolve them
- Perform testing and data validation following new developments to supported applications
- Work as part of a team with other software support advisors to meet the needs of our customers and ensure their satisfaction
Required skills:
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in the dental field.
- Education level: High school
- Excellent communication skills and a natural aptitude for customer service.
- Excellent working knowledge of one or more recognized accounting software programs.
- Good knowledge of the main office software programs, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written) to respond to customer requests.
The following characteristics are important assets for potential candidates:
- Knowledge of one or more CTRL or Progident software programs would be an asset.
