    All current mass communication clients (e.g., appointment confirmation) will benefit from free SMS usage up to $80 per month from April until December 31, 2020.

     

    These clients will be able to purchase the necessary software module "Web Interface and Service Cloud" free of charge as of today (date of this release) until September 30, 2020.

    In addition, they will benefit from three (3) months of free SMS usage up to a maximum of $80 per month.

    Depending on the technical situation of each clinic, one to two hours of setup will be required for the activation of this communication service and training on its use. You will be responsible for these charges.

    Note that recent Quebec government programs, "Programme actions concertées pour le maintien en emploi" or "Formation de la main-d'oeuvre" may cover the training and deployment costs that would be required for your clinic.
