Enhanced sterilization module

Dear customers,

From October 10 2024, get ready to discover significant improvements to our current sterilization interface. Designed to optimize your efficiency and simplify your operations, these new features guarantee the stability of your current management. Here's an overview of what's new:

Load registration

• Start without printing labels: Start a load without printing labels for later completion, perfect for incomplete sterilization.
• Three practical new buttons:
  • Print labels and close load (E in picture): Print your labels and complete the load with one click. The status will change to “TER” (completed), preventing any further modification.
  • Save loading (F on image): Save your progress with a status of “SUS” (suspended) and continue later by simply clicking on “Open”.
  • Save and close loading (G on image): Finalize and secure your load with a status of “TER” (finished), with no possibility of reopening.
    
    

Opening an existing load

• Simplified retrieval of pending loads: Click on “Open” (B on the picture) to quickly access saved loads and continue your work without interruption. The load you're working on will be indicated to the right of the open button (C in the image).
  
  

User identification

• Loader User (C): Easily identify who has loaded the instruments, a mandatory selection for greater transparency (A in the image).
• Unloader User (D): Optional for printing or closing a load, but added for enhanced traceability. Names will appear on each label (A on image).
  
  

Dates and times

• Add dates and times (D on image): Enter loading and unloading dates and times. Only loading information is mandatory, for accurate documentation.
  
  

Sterilizer note

• Automatic grade initialization (H in picture): each sterilizer can now have a predefined grade that you configure in advance. With each new load, this grade is automatically applied, giving you the option of adding the test results required for each sterilizer, ensuring rigorous monitoring and optimized management.
  
  

Revised labels

• Enriched information: The new labels now include user names and important dates, guaranteeing complete traceability.
