Update of the 2019 ACDQ Fee Guide for Progident/Clinic


Dear client,

The 2019 annual update of the ACDQ Fee Guide is now ready for installation.

Please note that your "Progident Service Plan" must be in effect on January 1, 2019 in order to have access to this update and that only the "GERSYS" user will be able to perform it. In addition, please make sure you have paid your annual 2019 ACDQ subscription before performing the update.


Automatic Fee Update:

As shown below, the "Automatic ACDQ Fee Guide Update" is available under the menu "Help" > "Live update".


Once you reach the next step, select "Update the fee guides 2019" as shown below, then click "OK".


Then, click on "Appliquer" as shown below. Note that the installation time may vary depending on the performance of your IT equipment.


If you see this window, click "OK".


If the window below appears, you must restart the software by clicking "Yes".



For more information about this update, please consult our Frequently Asked Questions from the ''Help'' menu of your Progident software.

Also, enjoy an enhanced customer service experience with our ''Online Support Request''. To do so, click the "Frequently Asked Questions" in the "Help" menu of your Progident software, then click the "Request for Assistance" option in the FAQ page.

For those who use the latest versions, you will find the "Help Request" option in the "Help" menu.
